Architectural technology is the field of construction industry dealing with the design of buildings. This is a new field that emerged recently due to introduction of new technology in designing and construction of buildings. World has witnessed much advancement in the architectural designs. During last few decades world has witnessed innovative designs of buildings and successful completion of projects like Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Current paper was aimed at exploring the role of architectural technology in the future of construction industry.
Rapid increase in organization has a direct impact on the local biodiversity and ecological changes. Implementation of resistant surface can help to increase the surface exposure with reduced infiltration effects and maintained surface runoff (Bendtsson 2010). The major considerations regarding the future objectives are made during the design stage.
Construction industry worldwide is growing on a fast pace in order to support infrastructural and economic development in a country; however the delays in the construction project are a big concern. Late completion of a construction project results due to construction delays. Projects of construction can be saved from any kind of postponements if identification of causes is made appropriately. Hence, the purpose of this research is to recognize the factors that generate delays in projects of construction, impact of the identified factors on the construction project and methods or strategies that may reduce or eliminate the construction delays.
