English Language Continual Professional Development

Considerable research has been carried out in order to study the importance of professional development of English teachers. It aims to investigate why professional development is important for English teachers, and what impacts does it have on the personal identities of the teachers. The study will also explore the two way cultural impact on teachers’ continual professional development.
